The design is developed and resolved through detailed planning, material selection and technical coordination.
Design Development
Refining the layout, material palette, joinery, lighting, fixtures, furnishings and overall design direction.
Documentation Package
Preparing detailed documentation and specifications to support pricing, coordination and construction.
Tender & Estimation
Reviewing documentation with builders and trades to align scope, pricing and construction requirements before commencement.
Phase Three: DESIGN EXECUTION
We remain closely involved during construction to protect the integrity of the design through to final completion.
Design Management During Construction
Reviewing details on-site and coordinating with builders and trades to ensure the design is executed as intended.
Installation & Client Handover
Coordinating furniture installation, styling and final project handover.
Post Construction Follow-up
Assisting with final reviews, defect identification and coordination following project completion.
